Fees include meals, drinks and snacks which are all freshly prepared on site. Nappies and wipes are also included.
10% sibling discount applies across the Play Safe group.
This year the nursery will be closed from 6pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and reopen on Monday 5th January 2026, fees are not charged during this time. Fees apply for all other absences including illness, holidays and Bank Holidays.
It is very important that all the children attending nursery settle into our routines as quickly as possible so we only accept bookings of at least two full days as a minimum because we believe it is very hard for children to settle in just doing one day per week. Once a booking pattern at the nursery has been accepted it will be available to you until you give us four weeks notice in writing to terminate the agreement or alter your booking. We will endeavour to accommodate any changes as soon as possible.
At the time of booking a non refundable deposit of £50 will be taken and the place is then guaranteed for you. The deposit will be taken off the first months fees.
Extra sessions can be booked subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed. When extra sessions are booked they will be invoiced the following month even if the child does not attend.
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and fees are payable by 15th of each month, there is a 10% late payment fee for invoices that are outstanding by 15th of the month. If you have any queries regarding your invoice please contact Rachael Peacock [email protected]
