*How to Access funding*
1. 📊 Apply for your childcare account online via Homepage | Childcare Choices
2. 📝 Receive your eligibility code
3. 📲 Share the code with your provider and complete the parental agreement
*Here is an example of how your funding can be used:*
To use all your funding your child must attend Play Safe at the Pavilion for 3 full days a week.
Funded hours spread across the year: 30 hrs x 38 weeks ÷ 51 = 22.35 hrs/week or 7.45 hours/day📆
*🌈 All-Year-Round Funding: Daily Cost:*
- 🛍️ We don't make an additonal charge for consumables, nappies and wipes and all meals & snacks are included
- 🕒 Unfunded hours: 3.3hrs per day x £10.59 per hour = £34.95
*Additional help - 🤝 Tax-Free Childcare:*
For every £8 you add to your account, the government adds £2. Up to £2,000 a year per child, or £4,000 if your child is disabled.
- 💸 It's entirely free and helps cut childcare fees! 👍
*📅 Key Dates & Deadlines:*
Funded places are allocated termly, to cancel your place you must notify us in writing by
1st December for Spring Term
1st March for Summer Term
1st August for Autumn Term
Please note that if you fail to renew your code or become ineligible for funding full fees for the term will be charged on a monthly basis until the end of the current term.
